    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
    • Facilitate open communication and collaboration among team members to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes.
  • Professional Development
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
