- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration among team members to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes.
- Professional Development
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff competencies and patient care delivery.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
