Job Title: Assisted Living Floor Nurse LPN RN On-Call

Era Living is seeking a skilled Assisted Living Floor Nurse LPN RN to join our care team at Ida Culver House Broadview, a beautiful retirement community in North Seattle, WA.

About the Role:

The Assisted Living Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services, and collaborate with the Community Health Director and care team to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' health needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement health care services and provide direct care to residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • WA State RN or LPN licensure
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with older adults
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check
  • Current CPR certification
