Overview

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is a leading health system in Washington state, bringing together two award-winning health systems to provide high-quality care to patients. As a RN House Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal flow and utilization of resources to meet demand for services with available staff.

Responsibilities

As a RN House Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising in areas such as acute care, outpatient ambulatory procedures, and the Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC). You will ensure that patient care or service problems are addressed as necessary.

Qualifications

This position requires:

-Current licensure as a registered nurse plus three years acute care nursing.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources required.
  • Also requires demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.

Preferred:

-Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.

-Current RN Supervisory experience and or Charge RN experience is strongly preferred.
