Job Title: Client Service Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Arlington Heights, IL

Job Summary:

The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to Account Team Leaders in the insurance renewal process. This includes maintaining client folders, producing client-facing materials, and preparing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Renewal Planning Meetings
  • Request loss run reports from carriers and underwriters
  • Draft Renewal Planners, involving document creation, updating, and data synthesis
  • Prepare client deliverables for E&O, Cyber, and Management Liability
  • Update and maintain client information in Salesforce
  • Respond to client requests for certificates of insurance (COIs)
  • Assist with claims/litigation matters and vendor payables
  • Generate reports for account teams and leadership

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years' experience in a corporate company, with insurance industry experience a plus
  • Experience with agency management software, preferably Sagitta and Salesforce
