About the Role:

Greenwich Country Day School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Girls Varsity Tennis Coach to join our team. As a key member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for building a strong and successful varsity tennis program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Recruit, motivate, and develop talented student-athletes to compete at a high level
  • Collaborate with the athletic director to schedule practices and games
  • Supervise and maintain a safe and respectful team environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of successful coaching experience with adolescents
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Preferred Qualifications:
