Job Title: Delivery Driver

About the Role:

Gem Auto Parts Powered By Parts Authority is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of automotive parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and transport automotive parts to customers or businesses in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Take and follow directions from dispatchers, adhere to assigned routes, and use route navigation apps to deliver packages on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers.
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years old or over).
  • Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, prolonged sitting.
