**About the Role:**
As a CNA with Brighton Hospice, you will work closely with our clinical team to provide patient care in a variety of settings, including homes, facilities, and hospitals. You will spend one-on-one time with patients, assisting with daily living activities, providing social interaction and reassurance, and reporting changes in the patient's condition or environment to the attending nurse.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide patient care in a variety of settings, including homes, facilities, and hospitals
* Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, bathroom needs, and physical activity
* Report changes in the patient's condition or environment to the attending nurse
* Support patient teaching and other procedures based on patient plans of care
* Prepare and submit documentation of observations, findings, and services provided
* Administer emergency first aid when needed

**Qualifications:**

* Valid CNA certification required
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation in order to travel to the patient's location
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to complete patient charting on a daily basis
