*NON REMOTE WORK*Schedule: Monday-Friday Shifts, 10am-6pm, *weekend & holiday rotation

Preferred Skills:
Experience in pharmacy operations

Strong customer service abilities
National certification preferred

Required:
Valid Pharmacy Technician License as per state regulations

Responsibilities:

Efficiently triage, interpret, and enter medication orders into our computerized system while adhering to accuracy and productivity benchmarks.

Conduct audits of input against documentation and implement necessary corrections.
Perform drug calculations, including basic math (e.g., converting milligrams).
Address issues related to claim denials and follow up on claims as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid regulations and claims processes.
Generate reports and keep management informed about outstanding claims and those pending follow-up.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal stakeholders in alignment with our company values.
Assist with medication preparation and dispensing under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned, which may involve supporting various areas of the pharmacy as directed by management.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous.
Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals, medication terminology, and the metric system; proficiency in computer operations.

Licenses/Certifications:
As mandated by state regulations and business requirements.
Detail-oriented, goal-driven, team-oriented, with strong customer service and communication skills.
