Workplace Options is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a hybrid position, you will work a mix of home and office days, collaborating with our Global Learning Solutions Team to locate training providers for employees in their local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Learning Solutions Team to identify training needs and locate providers.
  • Process global training requests by searching for providers and conducting brief interviews via phone.
  • Send and collect necessary documents from new trainers and upload new information to our records.
  • Assist in projects to recruit qualified trainers with a focus on target locations.
  • Complete ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Well-honed web research skills.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
