Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Leith Toyota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Cash out customer service transactions
  • Monitor and respond to inbound customer inquiries
  • Answer group phone calls and direct them to the appropriate party
  • Support the Service Advisor team to ensure customers receive the best possible experience
  • Contact extended warranty companies for service claims approval
  • Perform administrative tasks related to daily close-out procedures
Qualifications:
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
