Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Emerging Technologies Institute (ETI).

Responsibilities
  • Operations Support: Assist in the administration and operations of programs, including coordination of new and current internal and external initiatives, programs, and meetings.
  • External Outreach: Manage external communications, including social media, website maintenance, and publications.
  • Research Support: Assist the Research team with research, writing, and publication of notes, commentary, reports, and policy briefs.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a related field, such as business or management.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative and program roles, gained in a non-profit, academic, government, or for-profit setting.
  • Skill Set: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient in maintaining social media platforms and websites.
About the Position
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000 per year.
  • Travel: Moderate travel expected, up to 10 days duration.
