Job Overview:
National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a substance abuse treatment facility in Arlington, VA seeks a part-time Weekend Residential Specialist to join our new 3.1 Residential Program. This 12-bed program caters to residential, specialist, and healthcare services.

Salary and Benefits:
Approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide support to the residents, including assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and promoting recovery and well-being. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a residential or healthcare setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong commitment to supporting individuals in recovery
