We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Management Specialist to join our team at Motion Recruitment

The successful candidate will have a solid background in IT project management, with at least 7-10 years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess significant program management experience on Identity Access Management projects, preferably with SailPoint experience.

This is a w2 contract opportunity that offers a competitive estimated salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Lead complex IT projects and programs from initiation to closure
  • Manage program plans, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Plan and forecast financials to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive consensus and manage expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in IT project/program management
  • Significant program management experience on Identity Access Management projects
  • PMP Certification preferred
