POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in aiding the Marketing department with the execution of marketing strategies and assisting with administrative and social responsibilities.

This role involves promoting our events on social media across various platforms, generating engaging content, and supporting the Marketing Coordinators and Managers with organizational tasks.

This position is based in our office and requires travel to venue locations as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and coordination of departmental activities.
- Assist the marketing team in managing diverse projects such as college and influencer outreach, promotions, and experiential activations at our club events.
- Attend club events to contribute to social media postings, content creation, and facilitate activations.
- Collaborate on and develop content for brand visibility, including viral TikToks, reels, and memes.
- Collect weekly insights on social media performance and marketing trends across various platforms.
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries on different platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
- Undertake additional special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (focused on Business, Marketing, or Communications).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or music.
- Active user of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, Google Docs & Sheets.
- Familiarity with electronic music artists/DJs and the associated culture.
- A strong desire to work within the entertainment sector.
- Self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is not remote and is based in our office.
- Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Must be able to tolerate high noise levels and busy environments at venues.
- May experience extreme temperature variations at venues.
- Willingness to work during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required to meet deadlines.
- Applicants must possess work authorization in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for a visa.
