Position Overview
The Engineering Co-op Program offers a paid internship experience that provides valuable exposure to the field of Manufacturing Engineering. This role is designed to immerse students in a dynamic environment, focusing on both Manufacturing Engineering and Post-Market Engineering disciplines. Participants will benefit from a comprehensive support package, including a housing stipend, access to a fitness center, participation in learning events, and the opportunity to present a capstone project.

- Manufacturing Transfer Activities
- Supplier Collaboration
- Sustaining Engineering Efforts
- Quality Engineering and Data Analysis
- Research and Development Projects
Your engineering expertise will be utilized to deliver project outputs and documentation while adhering to the Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant regulatory standards. Continuous professional development is encouraged, and maintaining training compliance is essential.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably at the junior or senior level, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Proof of enrollment in an accredited institution is required.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This position may involve on-site and hybrid work arrangements, typically within a standard office environment. Responsibilities may require prolonged periods of sitting and close visual focus when working with computers and equipment. Personal protective equipment may be necessary in certain areas.
