Overview

The Engineering Co-op Program offers a paid internship experience designed for aspiring engineers. This program provides a comprehensive 16-week rotation with responsibilities in Manufacturing Engineering and Post-Market Engineering. Participants will receive a housing stipend, access to a 401(k), fitness center, and various learning events, culminating in a capstone presentation. Each Co-op will be paired with a dedicated mentor, ensuring valuable hands-on experience with significant projects in the medical device manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

Candidates should be college or university juniors or seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, with graduate students also being considered. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required, along with proof of enrollment in an accredited institution.

Physical Requirements

This position may involve on-site and hybrid work under standard office conditions. Candidates should be prepared for extended periods of sitting and must possess close visual acuity for tasks involving computers and equipment. Personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, lab coats, and gloves, may be necessary in certain areas.
