Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our store operations in the absence of the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing business results, planning for continued improvement, and ensuring all team members are providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Store Operations: In the absence of the General Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store's day-to-day operations.
  • Review Business Results: The Assistant Store Manager will review business results, including profitability, and plan for continued improvement.
  • Customer Service: The Assistant Store Manager will ensure all team members are providing exceptional customer service.
  • Task Assignments: The Assistant Store Manager will supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all associates.
  • Delegate Tasks: The Assistant Store Manager will delegate tasks and follow-up as necessary.
  • Support General Manager: The Assistant Store Manager will support the General Manager in other tasks and assignments on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

  • Experience: The successful candidate will have experience with managing and directing others.
  • Availability: The Assistant Store Manager will be required to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
