Dental Office Coordinator

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Office Coordinator to join our team. As the face of our practice, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from arrival to departure. Your role will involve managing the flow of incoming patients, coordinating with clinicians, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:- Welcome patients and manage their intake process
- Ensure regulatory compliance through detailed Health Records collection and review
- Maintain and update patients' demographics
- Data collection to aid in strategic planning
- Act as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and management to improve intake efficiency and patient experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Saturday (7:30 am-3 pm) or Sunday (9 am-3 pm) availability is a must
