Soul Dental in New York, NY is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Front Desk Manager. As the key point of contact for patients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, coordinating patient flow, and providing top-notch service.
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity that requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for managing patient appointments and scheduling to ensure smooth operation of the dental office. Additionally, you will oversee patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance coverage and processing payments accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling
- Oversee patient check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints or issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in dental office administration
- Proficiency in managing patient appointments and schedules
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $29 - $34 per hour, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. We also offer Dental Benefits as well as 401(k).
Salary Estimate:
