About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Mark Hutchens - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients to ensure they have the right insurance coverage.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Requirements
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets is required.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations and build strong relationships with clients.
