Core Responsibilities
  • Retrieve dry sausage from storage areas and load onto trucks.
  • Transport to the Sliced Luncheon Meats Department.
  • Count items on the truck and weigh the meat.
  • Prepare weight tickets.
  • Move trucks from the weighing area to the cooler.
  • Peel pepperoni once all other tasks are completed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
