The Role

We're seeking a skilled leader to oversee shifts, ensuring every guest experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable. As a leader at bartaco, you'll inspire others to deliver outstanding service, build a strong team, and ensure our guests leave with a smile every time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead your team in all aspects of delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
  • Manage day-to-day service, lead staff training, and ensure every service experience is running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Work closely with the culinary and bar team to ensure our quality standards are met.
  • Ensure the bartaco culture is upheld by hiring and training the best talent.
  • Create schedules, motivate the team, and support them in their career development.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of restaurant experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Excellent communication and people skills
