Job Title: Restaurant Leader

At Raising Cane's, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Manage and train a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people, P&L, and financial management.
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
