Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to oversee our inventory management processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage incoming stock and materials
  • Accurately pick and fulfill orders from inventory
  • Handle all returns and manage RMA processes
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts
  • Organize and label inventory effectively
  • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse space
  • Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory
  • Utilize company vehicles for the pickup and delivery of materials as necessary
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • The capability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A valid forklift certification
  • A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
Work Hours & Benefits

This position is classified as non-exempt, making it eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Compensation will be provided at regular intervals in accordance with company payroll policies.
