Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, issuing material, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Process all RMA's and all Returned inventory
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Manage inventory organization and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues
- Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification required
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
