Position Overview:
This opportunity is presented by Jobot, seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a dynamic team in the RFID manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engineering insights to enhance the understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Lead initiatives focused on cost efficiency, process enhancement, and the introduction of new products and methodologies.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while executing all assigned tasks.
  • Provide training sessions for clients regarding modifications in equipment or operational procedures.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of project-related documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Drive the investigation, proposal, procurement, and implementation of innovative process improvements, including both flexible automation and manual systems.
  • Create troubleshooting manuals for maintenance and operations teams, ensuring effective deployment within the facility.
  • Address process challenges through data analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with experts in the field.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to existing processes and equipment.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest corrective measures.
  • Maintain and update engineering and operational documentation as necessary.
  • Oversee the project master schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage document control processes, including the logging of new drawings and contract documents.
  • Collaborate with the EHS team to spearhead projects aimed at improving workplace safety and reducing incident risks.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, driving systematic improvements through collaboration across safety, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Develop essential engineering documentation such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Generate and maintain regular reports to monitor progress and promote action on plant enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, with engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with an analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and various business units.
  • Commitment to high standards and excellence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, evaluation, and scientific methodologies.
