- Oversee the project master schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage document control processes, including the logging of new drawings and contract documents.
- Collaborate with the EHS team to spearhead projects aimed at improving workplace safety and reducing incident risks.
- Act as a change agent, promoting systematic improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop essential engineering documentation such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Generate and maintain reports to monitor progress and drive action on plant enhancements.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with an analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and various business units.
- Commitment to high standards and excellence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
