The Technical Support Specialist role presents a unique opportunity to be the primary point of contact for customer interactions through daily service and support. In this entrepreneurial position, you will work from home and travel to some of the largest manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales growth by discussing service agreements and new products while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your duties will encompass:

  • Enhancing multiple facets of our business by aligning with regional and corporate objectives.
  • Boosting customer satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service.
  • Identifying and managing issues with accounts, following established escalation procedures to achieve resolutions.
  • Receiving advanced technical training at customer locations on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrating technical proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Computer Hardware and Software.
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
  • Maintaining a sense of urgency and prioritizing daily tasks strategically.
  • Adapting quickly to changes and responding positively to new challenges.

Your qualifications should include:

  • A technical degree or relevant military training; other backgrounds with applicable work experience are also welcome.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Comfort with day travel, returning home most evenings with occasional overnight trips.
