IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Werres Corporation. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide first-level support for computer hardware and software-related inquiries, acknowledging and responding to tickets, and escalating to appropriate teams and tiers as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-level response to all computer hardware and software-related inquiries via multiple methods.
- Acknowledge and respond to tickets and escalate to appropriate teams and tiers as required.
- Provide additional support with Patching and Anti-virus updates and assist in the management of computer assets.
Requirements:
- Be detailed oriented, and self-motivated.
- Be highly ethical and have a high degree of personal integrity.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a logical manner.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills: the ability to interact with customers, vendors and all levels of employees throughout the company in a positive, appropriate manner.
