Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and submitting promotional deals, handling and escalating complex cases, interfacing with new platform projects, and acquiring new resources from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Promotional Activities
    • Communicate with platform account managers to ensure timely and accurate promotional activities.
  • Handling Complex Cases
    • Communicate and collaborate with platform teams to resolve escalated issues effectively.
  • Interfacing with New Platform Projects
    • Establish a communication mechanism with platform leaders to ensure smooth participation in pilot projects.
  • Acquiring New Resources
    • Proactively understand and assess new resources offered by the platform, and negotiate with platform account managers to obtain corresponding resource support.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Flexibly respond to team needs, provide necessary support and services to ensure smooth achievement of team goals.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing or Business Analysis.
  • Language Skills
    • Bilingual in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience
    • Experience in sales operations is preferred, and experience with the Amazon platform is a plus.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments.
    • Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
    • Able to handle a certain level of work pressure, proactive & strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation

The total salary package for this position is $67,000 - $85,000 annually. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
