Job Summary:

Penske is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs.
  • Manage and train a team of vehicle maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and control repair, inventory, and labor costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management or team management in an environment with strong operational metrics.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or tech school degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
