We are seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Fleet Mechanic to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our diesel truck fleet.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in trucks and heavy equipment.
  • Service and maintain all types of engines.
  • Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance (PMs) and repairs on diesel trucks.
  • Repair and replace brakes, steering, engines, and electrical systems.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and tools to test and repair vehicles.
  • Maintain detailed records of services and repairs.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years experience with heavy duty diesel trucks.
  • Own your own tools and have reliable transportation to get to and from the shop(s).
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled with tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Welding knowledge/experience is a huge plus but not required.
Benefits:
  • We offer our associates a wide-ranging benefits package that includes 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off and more.
  • Salary (Paid weekly) will range between $25 - $33 per hour, depending upon experience. OT may be available.
  • Sign on BONUS possible up to $3000.
  • Bonuses available for Attendance, Safety and other benchmarks.
