We are seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Fleet Mechanic to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our diesel truck fleet.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in trucks and heavy equipment.
- Service and maintain all types of engines.
- Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance (PMs) and repairs on diesel trucks.
- Repair and replace brakes, steering, engines, and electrical systems.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to test and repair vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of services and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations.
- Minimum 4 years experience with heavy duty diesel trucks.
- Own your own tools and have reliable transportation to get to and from the shop(s).
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled with tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Welding knowledge/experience is a huge plus but not required.
- We offer our associates a wide-ranging benefits package that includes 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off and more.
- Salary (Paid weekly) will range between $25 - $33 per hour, depending upon experience. OT may be available.
- Sign on BONUS possible up to $3000.
- Bonuses available for Attendance, Safety and other benchmarks.
