Relative Placement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Relative Placement Coordinator to join our team at the Cook Inlet Tribal Council Inc. As a key member of our Child and Family Services Department, you will play a critical role in supporting families and ensuring the well-being of children.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating support and resource linkages for parents, children, and youth who have been through the OCS Team Decision Making meeting process. You will also facilitate multi-disciplinary team meetings, provide information to relatives about placement options, and conduct relative safety home assessments.
You will work closely with our team to locate prospective relatives for children in foster care and expedite safe placement permanence.

- Coordinate services to promote change and support the safety and well-being of children
- Document activities and maintain confidentiality

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in child welfare or related field
- Valid Alaska driver's license and insurable under CITC's automotive insurance
