Electronics Technician Maintenance III

SA-TECH is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician Maintenance III to support a dynamic U.S. Navy Directorate specializing in design, research, development, testing, and evaluation of experimental watercraft for our DoD clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, modifying, and installing various types of electronic equipment and related devices, including electronic transmitting and receiving equipment, personal and mainframe computers, and industrial robotic devices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six (6) years of direct military and/or maritime electronics, electrical, or C4I systems repair experience, and will be able to work in a team environment with excellent written and verbal skills.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to read, write, and interpret technical directives and electronic schematics, and must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Secret Clearance prior to start date and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and troubleshoot electronic equipment and related devices
- Modify and install electronic equipment and related devices
- Apply technical knowledge of electronics principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment operation
- Install, service, and repair marine electronics, communications, navigation, and electrical systems
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Navy or Coast Guard electronics training is highly desirable
- Minimum of six (6) years of direct military and/or maritime electronics, electrical, or C4I systems repair experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to read, write, and interpret technical directives and electronic schematics
- Current Driver's License required
- U.S. Citizenship required
