Regional Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial HVAC services efforts in North New Jersey and New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facilities directors, energy engineers, and HVAC managers
  • Utilize technical expertise to provide solutions to complex building services challenges
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of outside industrial technical sales experience selling building services and/or technical building solutions
  • Proven track record of success in calling on hospitals, pharmaceutical, and Federal Government owned buildings
  • Engineering degree preferred

Compensation:

A competitive base salary of up to $120K, with a total compensation package of up to $200K, is offered to the successful candidate.
