Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Scheduler to join our team in Newton, MA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the project controls processes to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of direct project controls experience. Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is preferred.

This is a 12-month contract position offering a competitive salary range of $50-$55 per hour. Responsibilities:
  • Lead project controls processes to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of projects
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts for multiple projects
  • Analyze data, review logs, and run reports in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools
  • Follow project execution plans and provide input on project set-up in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software
  • Collaborate with the project management team and accounting department to review project costs and contingency costs
