Job Summary:

As a Project Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our project management and field staff on designated construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and track project activities, including progress and changes across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Track and organize all subcontractor documents, including bids, RFIs, purchase orders, submittals, and change orders.
  • Apply for building permits and perform project document control.
  • Estimate and attend weekly meetings to generate minutes.
