Job Summary:

Tech-savvy Business Analyst sought by TAJ Technologies Inc to spearhead digital product implementation and technical requirements definition. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Agile methodologies, data analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to synthesize business and system requirements, ensuring seamless product implementation.
  • Perform cost-benefit and risk analysis to recommend optimal solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and document technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and user experience requirements.
  • Work closely with Engineering/IT teams to ensure quality digital products and operational workflows meet/exceed business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills.
  • Experience with Zscaler Implementation, Internet Access, VPN Remote Access, Zero Trust Segmentation, and Cisco ISE.
  • Ability to read, assess, and interpret vended solution architecture and translate into scope of work and technical specification requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and solution development.
