Job Title: Commercial Lender

At Superior Choice Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lender to join our team. As a Commercial Lender, you will play a critical role in managing our commercial loan portfolio, building relationships with members, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring timely payment and minimizing exceptions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Credit Analysts and Loan Processors to ensure smooth loan processes from start to finish.
  • Analyze financial data, credit reports, and other relevant information to determine loan feasibility and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase new business relationships and grow existing ones.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in financial services and/or lending.
  • High school education or GED, college degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
