About the Position
We are seeking a creative, entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team as the eCommerce Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate creation and launch of new products, as well as the maintenance of existing product pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey. You will collaborate with various teams to implement site merchandising and content updates while supporting special brand initiatives. This position is integral to the marketing team; an ideal candidate is eager to assist wherever needed. Product Page Management
- Oversee the new product launch process, coordinating with inventory, product, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
- Efficiently create and upload new product pages, including product descriptions, specifications, and measurements.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of product tags and metafields to enhance the customer experience on-site.
- Execute updates to product pages, including title, material, and price changes, as well as the creation or removal of product variants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to product pages.
- Implement SEO enhancements to both new and existing product pages.
- Develop and maintain run-of-show documents for marketing events.
- Assist in product naming and creative copywriting tasks.
Site Merchandising and Content Development
- Monitor and adjust the merchandising of key category pages for marketing activities and routine operations.
- Take ownership of the creation and upkeep of category pages.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of additional on-site functionalities, such as product families and restock notifications.
- Lead the creation, launch, and quality assurance of site promotions.
- Assist in the on-site implementation process for discontinued items and variants.
- Support the implementation of site content updates, including homepage changes, navigation adjustments, promotional messaging, and designer information.
Special Projects
- Engage in additional tasks related to brand initiatives as required, including:
- Brand marketing activities and in-person events.
- Coordinating with external partners, including scheduling, note-taking, outlining next steps, and ensuring follow-up.
- Assisting the marketing team with other high-priority projects as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new responsibilities.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
