The Senior Project Manager, Development will play a pivotal role in supporting the National Property Operations department by developing and executing project plans for new programs and initiatives that align with our Property Operations strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

  • Organize, plan, execute, implement, and monitor Industrial Development and Tenant Improvement projects through all phases.
  • Formulate and deliver strategies for multiple projects.
  • Identify and manage project scope effectively.
  • Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
  • Track milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Define project goals and communicate them to stakeholders until project closure.
  • Manage the production of necessary project deliverables.
  • Maintain careful oversight of project scope.
  • Communicate all project elements to stakeholders and team members.
  • Assign project tasks based on team roles and responsibilities.
  • Engage stakeholders to establish and manage efficient task structures.
  • Communicate risks, delays, or obstacles to relevant parties promptly.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding project delivery.
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all relevant departments.
  • Engage user communities in a continuous feedback loop to advance programs and projects.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Link Technology and Data teams across architecture, engineering, and product groups.
  • Utilize expert-level communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear business capabilities.

Project Delivery:

  • Develop business cases, user requirements, and project charters.
  • Collaborate with department heads to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain dependency plans requiring input from teams outside of assigned projects.
  • Establish and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders and project teams effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with large Ground-up projects and/or Tenant Improvements.
  • A BA/BS in business management, construction or development, real estate, architecture, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Yardi modules is advantageous.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with personnel at all levels.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to implementation.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and intelligence are essential.
