About the Role

Mixpanel is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency across our global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual planning processes globally, including forecasting, headcount planning, and quota planning.
  • Provide strategic guidance to GTM sales leadership on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations.
  • Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles, including goaling, coverage model revisions, territory design, and cascading our financial plan.
  • Manage revenue operations managers working on different parts of the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, enablement, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of total work experience in an analytical role (Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting).
  • 1-2+ years team management experience.
  • Expert proficiency in financial modeling, SQL, and analyzing complex and large data sets.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines.
