Job Title: Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at ComResource. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless implementation, creation, and management of web, email, and app content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with creative teams to optimize asset production and maintenance
  • Assist in prioritizing, maintaining, organizing, and archiving all assets
  • Manage AEM links and imagery for updated content on landing pages and experiences across all sites and apps
  • Coordinate and maintain all AEM launches for site content updates and emails
  • QA all site flips for errors
  • Support on-call rotation and manage real-time updates to support business needs
  • Communicate cross-functionally to solve issues outside authoring scope
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in ecommerce
  • Proficient user of AEM or other CMS experience, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated team player with a sense of ownership and a willingness to learn
