Therapist Job Description

At The Emily Program, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals struggling with eating disorders. As a Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve recovery and a healthier relationship with food, weight, and body image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide phone support as needed
  • Adhere to our clinical philosophy, incorporating evidence-based treatments like DBT, CBT, and FBT
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in clinical mental health, social work, or a related field
  • Current licensure in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
