Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Accanto Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide holistic and individualized nursing care to clients with eating disorders and other comorbid disorders in an inpatient or residential higher level of care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with medical and psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Assist with medication management, education, and monitoring for side effects
- Participate in creating treatment plans and providing medical care coordination between patients, providers, staff, and outside care agencies
- Serve as a staff resource for client medical needs and information
- Licensed as an RN in North Carolina or a compact license
- Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
- Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire
- Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting
