Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our residential milieu, you will play a vital role in facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, and maintaining a recovery-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in therapeutic meals and snacks, providing support to residents at mealtimes and snacks
  • Support residents during structured outings and recreation
  • Monitor and support bathroom use per client treatment
  • Monitor and document exercise
  • Engage, challenge, and support residents as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Mental health experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
  • Previous direct mental health experience preferred
