">Job Description

The Help Desk Support Assistant will provide technical support to WEDC employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

">Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to WEDC employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document and track issues using our incident management system
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have some college education related to computer science or technology, as well as experience working with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
