Role Overview

As a Lead Infrastructure Architect at Anterior, you will leverage your extensive experience to oversee intricate infrastructure initiatives from inception to completion. Your role involves effective collaboration with various stakeholders while adhering to project timelines. You will exhibit outstanding technical skills and mentor your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In this position, you will not only manage technical tasks but also envision and construct robust and scalable digital frameworks. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of infrastructure solutions that align with our strategic objectives. The ability to work collaboratively with your team is essential, requiring a blend of technical acumen, empathy, curiosity, and strong communication skills.

Candidate Profile
  • You possess a profound understanding of user needs, collaborating closely with Product Managers to integrate user feedback into iterative development processes.
  • You have experience in constructing and managing infrastructure for large-scale initiatives, significantly impacting high-throughput systems with extensive user engagement or revenue generation.
  • You recognize and appreciate the various dimensions of scalability.
  • You have designed, maintained, and monitored scalable infrastructure, developing advanced backend services, including message queuing systems.
  • You have led and successfully delivered projects involving multiple contributors within a multidisciplinary team, applying agile methodologies.
  • You are proficient in multi-cloud environments, including Azure and AWS, and adept at navigating complex cloud architectures.
  • You have a solid grasp of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, with hands-on experience using tools such as Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and database management (both NoSQL and SQL).
  • You thrive in dynamic environments that require self-direction and adaptability, such as early-stage startups and greenfield projects.
  • You demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of software architecture, contributing to product requirement documents and application-level systems planning.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices, supported by a strong academic background or extensive experience as a senior contributor.
  • Additional skills may include experience with data pipelines, enterprise integrations, and offerings in AWS/Azure Marketplace.
