Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient patient care
- Enter and update patient information in our electronic medical records system
- Collect patient liabilities and balance the cash box daily
- Work with our healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide wayfinding instructions and hospital information as needed
- Meet or exceed audit accuracy standards

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products

- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Experience in a medical office or hospital admitting/registration office
