Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient patient care
  • Enter and update patient information in our electronic medical records system
  • Collect patient liabilities and balance the cash box daily
  • Work with our healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide wayfinding instructions and hospital information as needed
  • Meet or exceed audit accuracy standards

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting

  • Ability to work rotating holidays and 1st shift hours
