Principal Product Manager Technical Global Network Transport Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our global network transport services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and roadmap for our network transport services, ensuring tight alignment between the network services and the needs of our vertical business units.
Key Responsibilities- Define the core network transport services and APIs that will power connectivity for all Kuiper customers
- Work closely with engineering to design and deliver highly scalable, reliable, and performant network capabilities
- Ensure tight alignment between the network services and the needs of Kuiper's vertical business units
- Identify opportunities to create unique, high-value network services that drive adoption and usage of the Kuiper network
- Partner with other Amazon teams like AWS to unlock synergies and deliver seamless networking experiences for customers
- Define the operational model and key performance metrics for the global network transport services
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of experience in networking technologies, distributed systems, and cloud architecture
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Passion for space technology and a strong interest in shaping the future of global satellite-based connectivity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
